AUTHENTICITY

All  paintings sold by Chatdebois gallery are original and signed works. A Certificate of Authenticity accompanied every pieces. We provide to place in the archive each sale.

 

PRICES

All our prices include VAT at 20%. For customers outside European Union (EU) and inside EU who has  a valid VAT number this amount will be deduct from the price.

 

PAYMENTS

We offer three safety and easy options:

  • By PaYPal
  • By cash on delivery COD
  • By money transfer from your bank to our bank account

 

DELIVERY

The paintings will be sent from Monaco by UPS courier fully insured. Each works on canvas are rolled and send inside a special strong plastic tube.

 

DAMAGES

Refunds will be made only  for pieces that are damaged or lost in transit.  Upon receipt of the goods  the  essential is to inspect  with care  the original packing in case of doubts  about conditions  please near the signature in the note space write “to reserve the right to accepted ” or ” accepted with provision”. In case the parcel it’s  indisputably demaged  without open it  please don’t accept it.
